Job Description

Your tasks: 

  • Support the daily operation of customer support (phone calls, emails & ticketing system)
  • Maintain the ticketing system for customer support including filtering tickets to the respective team (Application, sales and service)
  • Other ad-hoc Assignments


Your qualifications: 

  • Graduating students from Diploma in Engineering or relevant studies
  • Good communication (i.e. writing and speaking)
  • Attention to detail, initiative, proactive, self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
