Your tasks:
- Support the daily operation of customer support (phone calls, emails & ticketing system)
- Maintain the ticketing system for customer support including filtering tickets to the respective team (Application, sales and service)
- Other ad-hoc Assignments
Your qualifications:
- Graduating students from Diploma in Engineering or relevant studies
- Good communication (i.e. writing and speaking)
- Attention to detail, initiative, proactive, self-motivated and willing to learn
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
