Job Description

Your tasks:

1) Oversee the daily activities associated with administering Learning & Development (L&D) programs which includes:

  • Supporting learning program delivery and fulfillment of development plan
  • Maintaining learning program schedules
  • Managing tasks required for attendance and payment of training
  • Providing analytics: Training utilization, effectiveness, feedback, return of investment etc

2) Marketing of training events / programs

  • Developing and maintaining organizational communications to ensure employees have knowledge of educational and development events and resources
  • Managing relationship and contracts with external training vendors both technical and non-technical resources.

 3) Instructional Design / Facilitation

  • Coordinating and facilitating L&D Webinars
  • Leverage adult learning and instructional design theories to assist L&D team members and internal customers to develop training modules
  • Responsible for actively researching, to contribute towards effective methods to engage, educate

 4) Additional L&D activities include:

  • First level point of contact for internal L&D customers
  • Maintaining and administering L&D shared mailboxes; ensuring all inquiries / requests are appropriately handled in a timely manner
  • L&D program support (e.g. administrative support, program coordination and roll-out)
  • Other duties or tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis

Your qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or post graduate with Degree in Social Science or equivalent field of studies
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and WordPress
  • Digitally savvy
  • Proactive self-starter who is able to engage employees, anticipates and preempts problems,
  • Solution-oriented, creative, out of the box thinker, and able to identify ways of working smarter
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with attention to details
  • Curious and aware of current affairs and business topics (e.g. diversity, intercultural awareness)
  • Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service oriented, helpful, patient, honest and transparent with a strong sense of emotional intelligence
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
