Your tasks:
- Work with Regional Learning & Talent Development team to deliver high-quality learning content / events
- Schedule learning events, maintain delivery calendars
- Manage attendee lists and waitlists
- Book facilitators and virtual moderators
- Set up virtual studio and take on the role of producer
- Ability to conduct webcasting, and video streaming oversee operation of multi-camera studio; operate video switching and digital video effects equipment, edit controllers, cameras and audio mixers; adjusts portable lights; adjusts audio equipment including assorted microphones; works with subject matter experts to prepare footage for inclusion in live productions; provide troubleshooting of video, audio, and lighting equipment; make recommendations to department for software and equipment purchases
- Perform video post-production tasks which include reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, tape logging, rough cuts, audio adjustment, color correction, and final editing using; utilize computer graphics and special effects for video post-production in accordance with the overall production concepts; compress video projects for output; make video products available in a variety of formats; coordinate internal and external duplication services as required.

- Assist with maintenance of project plans
- Assist with all other logistics
- Issue invoices / purchase order (POs) as required
- Submit formalized activity reports, as requested
- Other duties or tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis
Your qualifications:
- ITE or Diploma in Media Production & Design
- Experience creating websites and other digital assets using multimedia tools and / or learning technologies such as: Photoshop, SharePoint, Camtasia, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite products, audio and video
- Excellent skills in verbal and written communication
- Excellent skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to be flexible, agile and resourceful
- High level of attention to detail and care for accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to function well in collaborative and supportive team environments
- An exceptional customer-centric approach
