Rolls-Royce is offering five (5) training opportunities for aspiring engineers in Engineering in the Marine Service sector. This programme calls for energetic, dynamic engineers, either recently graduated or with up to 3 years working experience, who wish to pursue a challenging career in the Marine industry. Successful applicants will be attached to the Rolls-Royce's operations in Singapore for 6 months & then attached to operations in Sweden, Finland or Norway for twelve (12) months of training, of which is scheduled to commence in Quarter 1, 2007. Trainees will be paid a salary plus a living allowance for the duration of the training. On completion, the successful applicants will bonded to Rolls-Royce Marine Singapore Pte Limited for a period of 2 years. We are looking for energetic and dynamic engineers, both experienced and fresh graduates. The applicant should want a challenging career in the marine industry and should fulfill the following requirements: - ? Good Polytechnic graduates in Engineering, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics ? For experienced applicants, those with relevant job experience in marine are preferred ? Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills ? Independent, resourceful and keen to learn ? A ???hands-on??? approach towards work ?
