The intern is responsible for supporting the planning, developing coordinating, and implementing of marketing campaigns and events. There will be exposure to different facets of activities – from content development (copy and art) events management, digital marketing and liaising with both internal and external teams.
Digital marketing
- Support the overall development and launch of digital and marketing related requirements
- Review of campaign data and provide unique insights
- Monitor content engagement on LinkedIn and WeChat platforms and analyze trending news and topics to provide new ideas and feedback.
- Work with appointed agency to create engaging visuals for digital ad placements on regional food and pharma industry publications
Events marketing
- Assist in the planning and execution of all event-related activities including physical, online and hybrid – internal and external.
- Keep appropriate records.
- Support in production of marketing and sales materials as required, this includes creation of design mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content
- Prepare, collect, summarize and provide reports as requested.
- Attend and participate in internal and external ecosystem activities and meetings as the need arises.
General marketing
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
- Coordinate with design agency on promotional materials, and ensure it adheres to branding guidelines and suitable for target audience
- Localizing of content for upload on Japan and Korea microsites and local market campaign use
- Assist in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

Internship Requirements
- Education – A current undergraduate of a Business/Marketing/Advertising/Communications/Digital course
- Experience – Minimum second year college student
- Special skills – Copywriting, Project Management, knowledge on Digital Art/Ads
- The roles and responsibilities above will run in parallel for 6 months (possible for extension)
Job Type: Full-time (or part time) for minimum of 3 months.
Allowance depends on tertiary level.
