Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. Additionally, the Customer Support Manager will handle debt collections and overdue payments for delinquent customers.

 

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of remote customer support representatives

- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures

- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback

- Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues

- Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Manage debt collections and overdue payments for delinquent customers

 

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a customer support management role

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment

- Experience with customer support software and tools

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
