Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the user community on platforms such as Telegram/Discord/Twitter/Reddit, create high-quality and targeted community groups through autonomous governance, incentive programs and tools
- Solve problems and answer questions raised by community members, provide support and assistance on behalf of the core team
- Collect community feedback and suggestions on products and activities, and assist in product optimization
- Organize and implement community campaigns such as airdrops and AMA, track their results on new user growth and user activation.
Job Requirement
- Passionate about crypto (especially NFT)
- Strong sense of art or design in NFT discord channels is a plus
- Knowledge in Block Chain technology is a plus
- Understanding of digital art and NFT marketplace will be highly advantageous
- Experience working with crypto, IP commercialization and working knowledge of NFT requirements preferred
