Business Development Manager (Commercial / Retail / Workspace - Interior Fit Out & Renovation)
Seeking a Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities under the Commercial or Retail - Interior Fit Out & Renovation portfolio.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent business development skills and the ability to create new business opportunities. We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager with at least 3 years of client relationship experience in the sales role in the commercial / retail renovation sector.
Business Development Manager (Commercial / Retail / Workspace - Interior Fit Out & Renovation)
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring of new business opportunities across the commercial and retail sector.
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand and obtain KPIs.• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, existing and new.
- • Work closely with the project team to develop project proposals and presentations.
- Create short- and long-term sales plans with the intention of achieving the given objectives.
- Represent DMX Projects by being first point of contact for new enquiries and being credible at all times.
- Oversee pre to post-sales support activities for the project to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide customer feedback to the project to help identify strengths and areas of improvement.
- Responsible for marketing-related activities such as public relations, corporate image and branding materials, etc.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ BD / Sales experience in commercial or retail interior renovation industry.
- Proactive and have a strong desire to foster new business relationships and networks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Focus and goal oriented
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is desirable.
Renumeration Package:
- The renumeration package can be tailored to the candidate’s experience and strength of existing network.
- Tailored commission based on agreed sales quota.
Related Field/Experience:
- Commercial or Retail Fit Out, Customized Brand Fixtures, Workspace Renovation, Roadshow & Events, Building & Construction, Sales or Retail, Architecture or Interior Design.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Monthly Salary Range (SGD): up to $6,000 per month
Working Period: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
Work Location: Kaki Bukit - In person
Preferred Start Date: ASAP
