Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, with a focus on software development, client onboarding, and deployment. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business stakeholders, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

* Coordinate and lead project meetings to track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

* Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

* Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

* Guide clients through the initial setup and integration of software solutions.

* Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, ensuring their requirements are met.

* Engage with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

* Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

* Manage client expectations and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

* Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and ensure optimal team performance.

* Identify resource gaps and work with HR or external vendors to address staffing needs.

* Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability.

* Monitor project costs and implement cost-saving measures where necessary.

* Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

* Monitor risks throughout the project and adjust plans as necessary to minimize impact. Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards.

* Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients and ensure any issues are resolved promptly.

* Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and progress reports.

* Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones, and any critical issues.


Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry, specifically in managing software projects.

* Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.

* Excellent client management and communication skills.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

* PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.


Skills:

* Experience in client onboarding and software implementation.

* Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or Clickup

* Knowledge of Figma or experience in UI/UX design is a strong plus.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Salary Pay: up to $4,500.00 per month


Schedule: Monday to Friday


Supplemental Pay:

* 13th month salary

* Performance bonus


Education: Bachelor's or equivalent (Required)


Experience: Project management (Fresh Grad acceptable)


Work Location: In person (Tan Heng Lee Building, will move to The Octagon on 1/11)
