As a retailer in sports, golf and active lifestyle, RSH Singapore operates multi-brand retail chains such as Royal Sporting House and Golf House, multi-brand specialty stores as well as single-brand concept stores. RSH Singapore also has retail rights to operate stores for top fashion brands such as Ted Baker, Bebe, Mango, Evita Peroni, NafNaf, Morgan.

Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our retail team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

(a) Customer Service

- To provide professional and friendly service to customers

- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and hygiene

- Recommend products according to the customers’ identified needs

- Promote company’s philosophy, policies and objectives at all times

- Attend to customers’ complaints

(b) Stock Level

- Ensuring that stocks are replenished and stock level does not run low

- Prices are tagged and labelled accordingly

- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the storeroom

(c) Merchandising Display

- To maintain in-store merchandising and window display designs to promote company image

- Ensure hygiene standards are maintained

- Maintain a good stock level of merchandise on display through regular replenishment
