MAIN RESPONSIBILITY (a) Customer Service - To provide professional and friendly service to customers - Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and hygiene - Recommend products according to the customers’ identified needs - Promote company’s philosophy, policies and objectives at all times - Attend to customers’ complaints (b) Sales Target - To achieve sales target according to company guidelines - Recognise ways on how to improve sales techniques - Suggest ideas on how to promote products so as to improve sales figures (c) Stock Level - Ensuring that stocks are replenished and stock level does not run low - Prices are tagged and labelled accordingly - Maintain the cleanliness and order of the storeroom (d) Merchandising Display - To maintain in-store merchandising and window display designs to promote company image - Ensure hygiene standards are maintained - Maintain a good stock level of merchandise on display through regular replenishment
