Job Description
At RTG/ SOLUTIONS, we don’t just blindly follow traditional “best practices”. We focus on finding the right solutions, accounting for both speed and effectiveness.
We are seeking creative and strategic talent to help generate insights and transform them into actionable solutions for our premium and luxury clients throughout Asia.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead strategic research projects from initial planning to delivery and full implementation(including qualitative, quantitative and desktop research).
- Analyze research data and findings to develop research reports and findings with strategic insights for clients.
- Lead the creative process by generating innovative ideas and solutions for client brands to engage the audience through effective concept development and skillful story-selling.
- Present and help sell ideas and brand marketing strategies to clients.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years strategic and brand planning experience (Client/Agency/Media)
- Experience in designing consumer research guidelines and managing research process from planning to analysis and insights generation.
- Able to develop creative strategies based on consumer insight and communicate to client
- Solutions driven with experience managing and training others
- Experience working with premium/luxury brands.
