In addition, we seek to groom leaders for managerial roles in our dynamic team.
As an Admin Assistant, you will be supporting one of our Directors in recruitment, managing of social media accounts, and other admin duties.
Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- To assist in end-to-end recruitment including but not limited to job postings, shortlisting of candidates, interview arrangement, on boarding and off boarding.
- Managing of LinkedIn account.
- Supporting of general admin duties including managing/archiving of documents, processing of claims, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum A-Level cert or Diploma in any field.
- Those currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree from any discipline are welcomed to apply as well.
- Basic knowledge on how to use LinkedIn and other social media.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office functions.
- Proactive, well organised, and able to work independently.

- 2-year contract.
