About the Company

RushOwl develops AI-driven Mobility-as-a-Service(MaaS) platform for public transportation and logistics players, but we are looking to create our own digitized transportation network as well!

RushOwl is on the lookout for an Operations Intern to join our Operations Team in Singapore. The candidate must be comfortable with a fast paced work setting, and open to communicating with all stakeholders across our passenger-driver ecosystem. They should be confident with building and maintaining a brand that our passengers trust. They should have evidence of strong leadership and task management skills.

Job Description

Your Role here as a RushOwl

As an Operations Intern, You will be responsible for area planning, resource deployment and managing of vehicle stakeholders. You will be expected to rapidly execute, iterate, and adapt to ensure that our implemented projects run smoothly and are documented down into data for future actionables and case study showings. You are a self-starter, data-driven individual that is capable of coordinating multiple projects concurrently and feel comfortable to provide live, sincere feedback to the management team.

You will report directly to the Head of Operations to help shape your insights and suggestions into live deployments, be it a small iteration, or an entire business flow that will optimize the company's operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the Area Planning process.

  • Assist in Resource Deployment to ensure trip fulfillment is met.

  • Participate in managing vehicle stakeholders to make sure satisfactory services are provided.

  • Rapidly execute, iterate and adapt to ensure that our implemented projects run smoothly.

  • Exercise Documentation Practices to ensure all data/information is documented timely for future actionable case studies.

  • Conduct detailed transportation analysis, with the consideration of trip service levels, constraints/time windows

 

Qualifications

  • Nitec / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Operations, Supply Chain Management or any related field

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Candidates from any industry is welcome as long as you possess the #daretodream mindset
