HR Intern (Recruitment) -– (SRHR00) [UPDATED 2025]

About the Role:Join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations, employer branding, and process improvement. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to understand end-to-end recruitment functions while contributing to strategic initiatives and engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full recruitment process including data entry, interview scheduling, medical check-up arrangements, and assessment centre coordination.
  • Assist in resume screening and candidate shortlisting for selected roles.
  • Provide administrative and on-site support for career fairs—help with logistics, manage candidate databases, and follow up with interested applicants.
  • Collect and analyse TA-related data such as hiring success rates, career fair outcomes, and recruitment service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Contribute to process improvement and automation projects, including branding and recruitment workflow enhancements.
  • One intern will be assigned the role of Intern Manager, responsible for managing internship matters from sourcing to offboarding.

About the Role:As an HR Intern Manager (Under the Talent Acquisition team), you will play a key role in driving the execution of SAESL’s internship programme and supporting strategic HR initiatives. This is a high-visibility position that involves cross-functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations. You will be entrusted with responsibilities that directly impact intern experience, operational excellence, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full internship lifecycle from posting roles and conducting interviews to onboarding, documentation, and programme logistics.
  • Liaise directly with schools and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and compliance with institutional requirements.
  • Own the preparation and routing of critical HR documents for sign-off by management and interns.
  • Lead intern orientation sessions and act as the primary point of contact for intern and liaison officer engagement.
  • Support strategic HR projects, including process improvement, engagement initiatives, and data analysis.
  • Assist in employee exit interviews, gathering insights to inform workforce strategies.
