Key Responsibilities:

About the Role:As an HR Intern Manager (Under the Talent Acquisition team), you will play a key role in driving the execution of SAESL’s internship programme and supporting strategic HR initiatives. This is a high-visibility position that involves cross-functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations. You will be entrusted with responsibilities that directly impact intern experience, operational excellence, and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full internship lifecycle from posting roles and conducting interviews to onboarding, documentation, and programme logistics.
- Liaise directly with schools and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and compliance with institutional requirements.
- Own the preparation and routing of critical HR documents for sign-off by management and interns.
