CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AMBASSADOR - 2 YEAR CONTRACT
(CLUB OPERATIONS)
Engage customers and build relationships with them to enhance their experience at SAFRA
Attend to general members’ and guests’ inquiries on the Clubhouse and Association level activities and facilities.
Guide members in the usage of the mSAFRA mobile application and digital kiosks such as Membership sign-up and renewal, online booking of facilities, purchase of vouchers, registration for events, programmes and courses, payment, redemption of SAFRA Points and other services.
- Ensure digital kiosks and other digital devices at the Club Concierge are working and to report any breakdown.
- Monitor the usage of kiosk papers / receipts and printer ribbons and arrange to make requisitions where necessary.
- Guide members to use the LiveChat, Phone and Video-call functions if they need further assistance.
- Responsible for key management and inventory management of forms, gifts and first aid kits, and replenishment when stock is low.
- Encourage guests to provide their feedback on club facilities and services via QR code scanning.
- Ensure proper keying in of collections (i.e Cash, Cashcard, NETS, VISA,Cheque) and settlement of counter collections at Club Concierge with proper maintenance and record of manual receipts.
Responsible for daily and monthly settlement reports for sports and inventory and maintenance of Club lobby and Concierge for neatness and cleanliness.
Responsible or Concierge duty rostering. (Rotational basis)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum GCE 'O' levels
- At least 1-2 years' front desk experience in service/hospitality industry
- Customer-focused and service-oriented
- Teamwork-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be tech-savvy
- Physically active and able to stand for long hours
- Bubbly personality & enjoys meeting and talking to people
- Able to work on shifts, weekends & public holidays
- Singapore Citizens & PR only
