This position reports to the Customer Service Representative Manager and supports the front office activites in relation to customer support. This position also interfaces with the front office and back office organisation internally and is committed to an employee-orientated, high performance culture that emphasises empowerment, quality, continuous improvement, customer oriented mindset and on-going development of a superior workplace.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Project Management .
a) Effective company share drive management. Understand the users needs, identify and analysis of isses, propose solutions and implement solutions.
- Set up procedures or systems to ensure sustainability of this share drive management for better orgnanization.
b) Contract database managment update
- Contract database update which includes archiving, storing, tracking for better organization
- Set up automated workflows in standard procedures from creation to negotaition, approvals, executions and contract archiving and to improve efficiency and ensure process compliance.
2. Provide direct support to the front office for the routine KPI and customer reports such as additional invoicing , open orders, incoming and outgoing of logistics assets etc. Ensure reports are ready before the meetings.
3. Propose best commercial solution according to situation and customers needs, in compliance with the contractual agreements
4. Update and monitor the MRO repair status of the customer assets status from the repair center in SAP system and communciate to the front office CSR
