The Job / Role
· Providing the support for EasyPay Customers
· Record the issues with the product, detailed by the customers on the call
· Escalate the queries of concerns
· Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
· Provide feedback and analysis to Management
Successful Candidates
- University/Polytechnics Grads of Business, HR, Accountancy or IT disciplines
- 1 to 2 years of good experience in working with HR Software Support roles. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
- Good exposure to Payroll Software, EasyPay will be advantageous
- Great communication skills
- Can commit for 3 months full time opportunity, starting from 2-Dec-2019. This may get extended depending on the business requirements.
- Preferably Singaporeans
- Remuneration will commensurate with experience
