SaladStop! was founded in 2009 with the aim of bringing a new dimension to salads and approach to fast food. Responsibilities:
- Research food and nutrition topics,
- Conduct market research, collect, review and summarize published research.
- Develop in-depth nutrition training materials for staff training
- Create health and nutritional tips for Newsletter and in the outlets
- Compile nutritional information for SaladStop! Food & beverages as well as keeping the information up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the Operations Teams in creating and updating the operations manual with regards to the nutritional value and information of food and beverage offerings.
- Perform and timely-delivery any other ad-hoc tasks and/or projects.
Requirements:
- Possess excellent interpersonal, writing and critical thinking skills.
- Thrive and have ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Have experience with nutrition policy and food industry (a plus)!
- Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies (graduate studies preferred) in either nutrition or food-focused major.
