What you'll do :
· Assist the Marketing team in generating original content for the website, blog and other social media channels when required
· Conduct research for our content articles and consumer marketing initiatives where needed
· Breathe life into old/existing articles and repurpose them for relevancy and clarity
· Conduct face-to-face interviews and craft compelling stories for our readers
· Ensure that the content is search engine optimised
· Collaborate with external partners to curate and organise exposure on social media channels
· Focuses on the sustainability aspect of the organization
· Research topics related to packaging sustainability and present findings
· Assist the Culinary team in the preparation of a report into the carbon footprint of food items in Hong Kong
· Support the launch of SaladStop’s ‘Go Climate Positive’ campaign in Hong Kong
· Deliver sustainability-training to existing members of the corporate and operations teams
· Support progress towards B-Corp Certification
· Ensure stakeholder engagement and manage external partnerships
