Company Profile

“ As we say in our stores, we are not perfect but we strive to be better than yesterday. ”

This is at the core of how we operate. While we realize that this region still has its challenges in responsible and transparent sourcing, we hope to be one of the catalysts in this change, to support a new breed of farms committed to positive change. It is our responsibility as a food provider to ask questions and provide you with more information, and that means continually raising our own standards as well.

We are a small company but with big dreams. We believe it is a basic right to truly eat well and know more about the way food is grown and served to you. Eating should be more than just being good to your body, but everything around you.
