Job Requirements:
- Handle all administrative matters
- Have a creativity of writing
- Issuing invoices and ensure clients pay in due time
- Able to meet with tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Drive
- Hardworking and Passionate for customer service
- Have a strong willingness to learn
- High initiative and very proactive
- Quick-witted and able to think out of the box
Working Location and Hours:
- Office: VERTEX UBI
- Monday - Friday
- 9AM - 6PM
- Have the opportunity for hybrid work arrangement
Here's what we gotta offer:
- Intern Salary: $800/month
