Samsung Electronics Singapore Internship 1H '24 - Mobile Experience Marketing (Full Time)
Mobile Experience (MX) Product Marketing Intern:
This role is to support Product Marketing Manager in coordinating ongoing Promotions, Product Launches, Competitive Analysis and other areas of Product Marketing functions.
- Coordinate with various Product Marketing Managers and other internal stakeholders in support of ongoing nationwide promotions for Online and Offline stores
- Support Product Marketing Manager in areas of product life cycle management, product ranging, pricing and promotions for all channels working with cross-functional stakeholders, internal and external.
- Analyze competitors, market trends and identify gaps to grow market share for product portfolio: SMP/Tablet/Wearables/APS.
- Collaborate and support KAMs for product launches, go-to-market strategy and marketing calendar as well as support Joint Business Planning with partners.
- Support sell out platforms and strategic initiatives as a differentiator to increase Proud-To-Own index and brand loyalty.
- Support Product Marketing Manager in areas of demand and supply forecasting to maximize sell in and sell out
- Support in other ad hoc projects where necessary
MX Brand Marketing Intern
This role is to support Brand Marketing Manager across important projects within MX business, such as Flagship S Series (Galaxy Gaming Academy/ Students) and Online/ E-Store marketing support.
- Work closely with brand managers on Go-to-market strategy and plans in line with HQ brand guidelines
- Coordinate, support, implement and create identified 360 marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital (Social, Dotcom, Ecommerce, CDM), retail marketing and events for the MX marketing team
- Project management and keeping track of timelines for delivery
- Support/ manage and follow through on reporting across KPIs and budgets tracking
- Collaborate with internal (local vs HQ) and external stakeholders, agencies, partners for all product launches, tactical campaigns
- Manage and follow through on dotcom campaigns and changes
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, market size, gaps, opportunities, positioning when necessary
- Support marketing operations and administrative requirements with key stakeholders
MX B2B Enterprise Marketing Intern
As a B2B intern, candidate will have exposure on the role and areas of engagement with Sales, Solution Architects, and the Marketing Communications team. The intern can expect to work closely with various lines of business (technical & non-technical stakeholders), external agencies.
The role will help to expand communication across key groups and stakeholders while providing competitive awareness to help in maintaining leadership. This position will develop knowledge and skill sets to fast track on the foundation of marketing communication expertise.

Requirements:
- Currently on undergraduate study in Business or Marketing
- Microsoft Office skills with excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Able to think out of the box, highly motivated, driven, eager to learn
- Creativity and copy-writing is a plus
- Able to multitask and prioritise
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- For MX B2B Enterprise Marketing: Familiarity across Photoshop/Illustrator and digital marketing tool is a plus
