We are looking for highly driven outdoor bound Sales Associates to develop effective sales strategies in order to attract new clients as well as clinch the deal to achieve specific targets. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing the Company’s revenue by generating leads and qualifying prospects while managing clients. Responsibilities • “Get the sale” using various sales methods - door-to-door, cold calls, corporate presentations • Meet personal sales targets • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads • Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments in related industries • Report and provide feedback to management • Maintain and expand client database within assigned territories • Provide the necessary product training and support to clients Requirements • Sales experience of a minimum of one year, preferably in outdoor sales • Track record of over-achieving sales targets • Willing to canvass for sales outdoor, particularly in the retail, F&B and service sectors • Familiar with different sales techniques and is effective in utilising them • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and highly driven to achieve results and exceed sales targets • Competent use of basic software programmes such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
