Job Description

[Immediate] Marketing and Program Support


Duration: July 2024 - November 2024 (5 months)

Location: Bugis, Singapore

Positions Available: 2

We are seeking two highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team temporarily to provide comprehensive programming, coordination, and administrative support for an upcoming official launch event in Singapore. The successful candidates will assist in managing marketing information, event logistics, client data, RSVP management, report preparation, and coordination of various engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Programming and Coordination Support:

    • Provide administrative support to gather and manage outstanding marketing information.
    • Assist in the collation and organization of client information and completed survey returns from partners.

  2. Event Logistics Support:

    • Aid in the planning and execution of the opening event logistics.
    • Manage RSVP for the opening event, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
    • Coordinate with approximately 60 partners to ensure the collection of required profiles and photographs.

  3. Survey and Photography Management:

    • Oversee the collation of completed surveys and event photographs from partners, including programme details and venue information.
    • Ensure all collected data and images are accurately documented and organized.

  4. Reporting and Updates:

    • Prepare and update reports on programming and guest information as required.
    • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to the team.

  5. Coordination and Administrative Work:

    • Support coordination and administrative tasks related to the Official Opening event.
    • Assist with volunteer management, hospitality events, and side engagements.
    • Liaise with the Singapore School Community and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
