Based in the Regional office, this role is responsible to assist the Star Program Manager to ensure a smooth daily operation running of SAP Student Training and Rotation Program. Generally, the incumbent should possess some student leadership and have some experience in event co-ordination and passion in learning development. The incumbent will have an exciting opportunity to experience learning & development for early career talents, help manage the program, and build partnership both internally and externally.
About the STAR Program SAP’s STAR program is the essential talent development program to build up an early talent pipeline for SAP. This intern program supports the people strategy of SAP and aligns with the early talent business demands of market units or line of business such as Sales, ICA (Indusry Customer advisory, Cloud Success Services, Digital Hub etc . The objective is to recruit, train, develop, and convert highperforming, self-motivated employees to FTE to fulfill immediate, mid- and long-term strategic business objectives.
Expectations & Tasks
- Lead STAR activities: campus outreach, recruitment, interviews, onboarding, engagement, learning workshops (both internally and externally)
- Run campaigns or initiatives to enhance STAR experience
- Build strong partnership with internal & external stakeholders
- Design STAR learning pathway
- Shadow in existing STAR processes (conversion, 1-1 discussion, business partner discussion, etc)
- Shadow and learn how a coaching session is conducted, SAP talk, performance review, end of rotation presentation

- Polytechnic students from Business/ IT / Multimedia / Marketing / Communications are welcome to apply

- Numerate and advance user of Excel and Powerpoint as well as Photoshop will be an advantage
