Overall Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Executive Airlines Relations, you are responsible to look at manpower planning for daily operations. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the upcoming project for digitalising manpower power planning into our new system (Workforce plus).
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Review rostering of staff
• Forward planning of staff attendance
• Daily adjustment of staff reporting time
• Prepare manpower statistics for reporting
• Time and attendance recording for payroll team’s action
• Take part in the project to digitalise manpower planning system
Key Attributes:
• Fresh diploma graduate welcome
• Able to use Microsoft excel, words and powerpoint
• Confident in communications
• Able to take charge of situations and exercise responsibility
