The role will support the Digital Customer Experience & Analytics (DNA) Team
As part of SATS DNA, you will work with the marketing team to grow the brand social presence.
We are looking for a team member who has creative ideas, understands platform and social trends and has video editing skills. The ideal candidate has a passion to create videos and reels content with a focus on engagement and growth.
The candidate will play a key role in creating compelling and engaging content on various social media platforms.
Job Roles:
- Support the marketing team in developing social strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy.
- Plan, produce and create of a programme of digital content to be used across all our digital channels, increasing engagement with our audiences and stakeholders
- Create content for various social media platforms which includes comping up with video concepts, filming and editing.
- Engage with communities and monitor conversations from the brand’s voice
- Identify and community with influencers and other creators
- Measure and analyze performance for the content created
- Establish evolving best practices
- Participate in brainstorms and content ideation
Job Requirements:
- Candidates should have strong creative and video skills, as well as a knowledge of the social media and influencer space and a clear passion for music.
- Passionate about storytelling and the social space
- Be self-sufficient with producing your own content
- Attention to detail, responsible, and reliable
- Proactive go-getter and effective communicator.
Commitment Period: 6 months
Either March 22 to Sep 22 or Oct 22 to Mar 23
