Job Description

Human Capital Shared Services Intern

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the HC Shared Services team through various stages of the employee lifecycle for designated business units. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Interview Coordination: Ensure clear communication with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate smooth interview processes and positive candidate experience.
  2. Onboarding Support: Collect necessary documentation and prepare onboarding portfolios.
  3. Career Fair Participation: Represent and support the team at career fairs and recruitment events.
  4. Ad hoc HR Tasks/Projects.

You are best equipped for this role if you are:

  1. Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration, or a related field, ideally with prior HR internship experiences.
  2. Strive for operational excellence through meticulous process management, strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Outlook).
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Positive attitude, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
