Responsibilities:
Assist in HR Operations on End to End Recruitment
Liaise with successful candidates and relevant parties on onboarding arrangement (e.g. Collection of documents, arrangement of pre-employment medical examination, application of airport pass etc.)
Candidate experience design – observe, review and enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Assist Human Capital Business Partner on daily task for example; reporting and cyclical HC processes
Liaise with offshore Human Capital support team on employee life cycle/employee movement and issuing of letters
