"In this role you are required:
1. Preparation of inflight meals in accordance to recipes and quality expected by airline clients.
2. Adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations for example, HACCP and Medina.
3. Ensure products received from stores or other kitchens meet requirements in terms of quality and quantity.
4. All other task as assigned by Chef-in-charge."
