Job Description

You will be supporting the Talent Acquisition team and be tasked to assist on the following:

  • Involve in planning of recruitment events such as walk-in interviews and job fairs
  • Assist in weekly and adhoc recruitment reporting from various sources such as agencies etc.
  • Support local and foreign work hiring process including all administrative related matters such as entry approval etc.
  • Liaise with different vendors and government agencies for job matching opportunities.
  • Assist in calling of leads gathered from social media platforms.
  • Review of Human Capital policies together with reporting officer

Requirements:

  • Able to commit for at least 6 months
  • Work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Meticulous and cautious in completing tasks
