"As an intern in the Production of SATSCAT, you will assist the team in the coordination, supervision and directing all aspects of the food production area under inflight catering not limiting to the below:
1) Drive and place safety and hygiene as key competency within the department
2) Establish and ensure full compliance to operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards.
3). Assist with data generation and analysis such as allocation of flights and manpower in system, review of discrepancies, data and trends.
4) Assure proper communication and represent the company management team
5) Maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and health code regulations
6) Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your reporting officer"
