"In this role you are required to:
1) Assist the Operations Support team in preparation of onboarding of new staff under Inflight Catering (i.e. preparation of uniform entitlement forms and locker issuance, etc.,).
2) Update employees' rosters into systems (guidance to systems will be provided)
3) Check on system data interfaces.
4) Follow up on staff’s absences.
5) Assist in data entry and preparation of information for reports
6) Assist in events, uniform system, locker room issues and any other areas under ops support.
7) Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by reporting officer."
