- Perform market analysis and research on competitors
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Assist in the creation of email campaigns, and social media content
- Research and analyze competitors' marketing material and digital content
- Create and maintain tracking reports of digital and traditional marketing efforts
- Develop new social media campaigns, considering current and planned promotional activities.
- Monitor social channels and respond to feedback, questions, and concerns
- Assist in planning and hosting marketing events
- Assist with other cross-functional ad-hoc tasks like helping out in warehouse operations or serving walk-ins customers
- Engage 10 influencers per week to collaborate on both Instagram and Tik Tok platform, and to work with 1 brand partner a month to drive brand awareness campaigns.
- Drive 1 local campaign to stay relevant in the in-country market.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of social media best practices and platforms
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn on the job and take on any ad-hoc duties assigned
