ScaleStack.ai – Business Development Intern

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our growing team as a business development trainee to help grow our company. This project management traineeship will involve the oversight of the whole sales pipeline. You will be reporting directly to the management and have many opportunities to suggest or implement new initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-sales functions such as customer searching and acquisition (online and on-ground)

• Aid customers in onboarding digital solutions

• Continual support for customers post-sales in terms of inquiries etc.

• Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and be a key liaison between the client and company

Learning Objectives:

• Hone communication skills through client interaction and assisting in the adoption of solutions

• Acquire project management and leadership skills via spearheading new initiatives

• Gain a deep understanding of digital solutions involving accounting, HR/payroll, e-commerce presence (e.g websites and online food delivery), and data-mining/analytics

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

• Polytechnic or ITE graduates or students

• Good communication skills, responsible, and detail-oriented
