We are looking for a HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily operations. Some of the HR Intern’s responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain employee P-Files.
- Schedule interviews for potential candidates Schedule interviews for potential candidates after screening resumes.after screening resumes.
- Work closely with Assistant Director, Human Capital and Organisation Transformation on *SCAPE’s organisation transformation, which includes managing staffs’ learning and development needs.
- Tidying and sending out emails through the *SCAPE main HR email account.
- Kickstart and maintain the mental wellness program in *SCAPE.
- Plan and co-ordinate activities for staffs’ welfare, training, and teambuilding needs.
- Revise outdated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and its process flow.
- Assist in improving *SCAPE’s performance appraisal exercise.
- Any other adhoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.
We are open to full time or part time internship position.
