*Scape Co Ltd – Intern, Partnership

Responsibilities:

• Acting as a point of contact for the partner and building positive and mutually beneficial relationships with partners, striving to identify the offerings which best fit the individual needs of the partners.
• Assisting in the processing and analysis of partners’ data (monitoring partners’ performance and deliverables) and proposals.
• Handling partner complaints (including working with internal departments to resolve conflicts & issues)
• Discussing with and convincing partners to co-create, sponsor and/or support mutually beneficial programs and initiatives
• Identifying opportunities for collaboration with other partners / companies within *SCAPE’s ecosystem
• Research on new and existing partners and keeping abreast of industry and youth trends, growth areas, etc.
• Improving the overall customer experience for the partners
• Cultivating existing and new partners to drive revenue and footfalls
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

• High level of communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and passionate about *SCAPE mission and the partners they serve.
• Resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within *SCAPE, and with external parties.
• Tactful and diplomatic with a proven ability to negotiate and resolve conflict.
• Good comprehension of current youth consumer trends and strong commercial awareness
• Good strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent active listening skills.

• Able to commit at least 3 to 6 months
