Scenestealer – Graphic Design & Event Coordinator (Internship)

We're looking for fresh cats to join our Creative Events Team as Graphic Design Interns, where you will learn to conceptualise and come up with multi-disciplinary projects. 

The Graphic Design Intern will also have the opportunity to pick up event coordination during his/her stint with us.

Duration: 3 Months (opportunity for extension)
We are currently on remote working arrangements, except for event set-up that will be on-site. Office work will resume on 2nd Jan, 2022.

What you will do:

• Assist Creative Director in research, conceptualise and develop ideas for creative proposals

• Graphic design work for both print and digital artwork (eg. large format backdrops, die-cut props, posters, social media banners)

• Liaise with event contractors for print production and logistics

• Source for suppliers and materials

• Provide on-site support for assigned events including set-ups and tear-downs

Ideally we’d like you to have:

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design or in other similar visual communications field

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create effective presentations and other marketing collateral

• Self-motivated with intra-personal skills, and a great team-player

• Strong organisational skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Wondrous attitude at work and able to think on your feet with the agility to respond quickly

• Strong graphic communication and design skills

• Competency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop is a must

• Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Slides, Google Sheets)

• Proficiency in video production, photography or 3D Modelling will be a plus
