Job Description

As an Intern in our Trade Fairs and Events team, you will be responsible for providing creative strategies and strong 

support to all Schaeffler participated fairs and events in Asia Pacific region. 

Scope of responsibilities

• Project management for trade shows, exhibitions, and special events in Asia Pacific region 

• Close collaboration with colleagues responsible for communication and branding across Asia Pacific countries 

• Monitor adherence to corporate design, trade show and event design guidelines 

• Coordination with external service providers (booth construction, graphics, catering, logistics, technology, 

design agencies, production vendors, etc.) 

• Brainstorm modern and creative strategies and channels to enhance corporate branding 

• Support in on-going and new projects. 

Our ideal candidate

• Undergraduate in Business Administration, Arts, Communications, Marketing or Event Management 

• Possesses good interpersonal and communications skills 

• Interest in event coordination and management 

• Is reliable and has a positive working attitude 

• Proficient in MS office
