Job Description

Job Overview: 

As an Intern in our Communications and Branding team, you will be a member of the Asia Pacific team responsible for developing and executing corporate marketing, branding, and marketing activities, improving management and com-munication processes for both internal and external audiences.

 

Corporate Marketing 

  • Identify strategic sponsoring opportunities for relevant focus topics of business divisions in accordance with the Corporate Sponsoring strategy and regional priorities to enhance Schaeffler’s corporate brand and promote its product brands. 
  • Support preparation of annual plan for division and product marketing campaigns and initiatives as part of Asia Pacific Integrated Marketing Communication plan.
  • Support in governance of Asia Pacific Sponsorship events together with the divisional and country representative where the event/s are happening. 
  • Be involved in daily activities related to corporate marketing and processes. 
  • Create engaging and impactful digital content for corporate and division marketing 
  • Opportunity to share and implement new ideas within the team. 
  • Support execution of essential communications and corporate marketing related tasks. 
  • Process Management Support local and sub-regional teams on creative development, review production and distribution process 
  • Support management and handling of on-going and new projects. 
  • Close coordination and interface with colleagues responsible for communication and branding in different countries of AP region.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate design guidelines. 
  • Proficiency in media asset management. 
  • Coordination with external service providers (design agencies, production vendors, etc.).

Our Ideal Candidate: 

  • Student pursuing a course in Marketing, Communications, Arts, business administration or Social Sciences. 
  • Minimum commitment of 3 months from May 2022. 
  • Possesses good interpersonal and communications skills. 
  • Interest in project management. 
  • Reliable and possesses a positive working attitude. 
  • Proficient in MS office and Adobe Suite.
