Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

I. HR Information System related

  • Assist to create various HR data reports using Power BI or SAP analytics cloud (trainings for the tools will be provided).
  • Participate in HR projects testing or trainings
  • Support in conceptualisation and coordination of HR project workshops, meetings and trainings.
  • Support in collating the meeting minutes and following up on project key action items.

II. Communication & Training related

  • Assist to align communication strategy plans and framework for internal HR & external stakeholders
  • Create & align training materials for HR and end-user
  • Support training implementation in terms of materials, invitations & participants management
  • Coordinate support structure to HR
