Your Key Responsibilities
I. HR Information System related
- Assist to create various HR data reports using Power BI or SAP analytics cloud (trainings for the tools will be provided).
- Participate in HR projects testing or trainings
- Support in conceptualisation and coordination of HR project workshops, meetings and trainings.
- Support in collating the meeting minutes and following up on project key action items.
II. Communication & Training related
- Assist to align communication strategy plans and framework for internal HR & external stakeholders
- Create & align training materials for HR and end-user
- Support training implementation in terms of materials, invitations & participants management
- Coordinate support structure to HR
