Job Description

As an Intern in our HR Operations team, you will support the implementation of key HR projects within South East Asia with a focus on employer branding initiatives, there will also be a focus on Singapore employee engagement programs and recruitment.

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Drive support in employer branding activities such as revamping of career pages across SEA countries
  • Support in HR certification program roll out across SEA countries
  • Involve in testing and implementation of pre-boarding and onboarding tool to streamline internal processes and increase employee engagement
  • Support other projects within SEA HR
  • Lead internship community engagement events and initiatives
  • Responsible for communications of interns’ applicant recruitment and brand engagement

Our ideal candidate:

  • Year 2/3/4 undergraduate student majoring Business or Human Resource student with minor degree or strong interest in Human Resource.
  • Proficiency with visual or design tools will be advantageous
  • Strong HR conceptual understanding
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to adapt to multi-cultural environment
  • Willingness to have hands-on approach in data analytics
  • High learning agility
