Job Description

Job Overview: 

As HRIS Intern, you will support the HRIS team in HR projects implementation and communication and report directly to Head of HR Systems, Processes & Reporting Asia Pacific. You will be engaged in a full-time role for Summer internship. Off-cycle Autumn/winter internship (Full-time/Part-time) for 3 months and above is possible as well.


  • HR Information System related Assist to create various HR data reports using Power BI or SAP analytics cloud (trainings for the tools will be provided). 
  • Participate in HR projects testing and trainings. 
  • Support in conceptualisation and coordination of HR project workshops, meetings and trainings. 
  • Support in taking meeting minutes and following up on project action items. 
  • Communication & Training related Assist to align communication strategy plans for internal HR & external stakeholders. 
  • Create & align training materials for HR and end-users. Support training implementation in terms of materials, invitations & participants management.
  • Coordinate support structure to HR.

Our Ideal Candidate: 

  • Year 2-4 undergraduate student majoring Business or Human Resources with minor degree or strong interest in Human Resource. 
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. 
  • Proactive attitude and willing to learn, able to work independently with minimum supervision. 
  • Good Excel & PowerPoint skills are required. 

Work Location: Hybrid (WFH/Office)
