Job Description

Job Overview: 

As Human Resources Intern, you will support the HR Functions Asia Pacific and Talent Mobility Asia Pacific team in providing excellent support to employees on HR activities and practices. This position will be part of an energetic and dynamic regional HR team. 

 

  • Supports the HR Business Partner for the functions as follows in Asia-Pacific: 
    • Finance & IT AP, Operations APAC, SCM/Logistics APAC, CEO Functions APAC and Purchasing APAC - by providing consultation and support in Compensation and Benefits topics, Talent Acquisition matters, Talent Development activities, HR reporting topics and executing HR core processes. Act as a point of contact for Central Functions APAC, Travel Management APAC and Talent Mobility APAC for the global HQ and participate in calls and meetings.
  • Proactively collect requirements of the business and translate them together with the Center of Excellence in HR actions to achieve business targets. 
  • Collaborate with local Travel Management and Talent Mobility HR department in the legal entities to expedite smooth processes in travel and expat management.
  • Support in connecting with the selected external vendors in expat and travel management and their continuous improvement.
  • Utilize HR tools and methods developed by the competence centers and ensure proper executions.

Our Ideal Candidate: 

  • Year 3/4 undergraduate student majoring Business or Human Resource student with minor degree or strong interest in Human Resource. 
  • Minimum commitment of 3 months from May 2022. 
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills. 
  • Resourceful, analytical and critical thinking.
  • Proactive attitude and willing to learn, ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good Excel & PowerPoint skills are required, knowledge in Excel Macro is a plus. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
