The intern will support Purchasing Strategy & Process Asia Pacific department to analyze, implement and monitor Purchasing Processes within the Asia Pacific Region.
Your Key Responsibilities
Preparation of Process Optimization Workshops by gathering and summarizing relevant information, e.g. Purchasing KPI’s and Reports
Support Process Implementation Projects (data preparation, process analysis, meeting minutes, tasks follow-up, etc.
Creation of training documents
Evaluation and analysis of process gaps, guided by Head of Purchasing Strategy & Process
Support Asia-Pacific-internal communication about News & Changes in the area of Process Management
Your Qualifications
Students who are studying Business Administration, preferably with focus on Supply Chain Management and/or Procurement.
