Job Overview:
As our Human Resource Intern, you will be engaged in personnel development within our organization through Schaeffler Academy. You will support leadership programs and trainings with standardized processes, participate in demand based planning of trainings according to needs from organization and communicate with stakeholders to increase visibility of training offers. We encourage you to take responsibility to develop new solutions for assigned projects (e.g. KPI dashboard development, process automatization, communication initiatives).
- Responsible in driving the organizational support of our regional high potential program and a new middle management program given a high level of independent working.
- Map and chart training needs acquired from annual dialogues with strategic focus areas and derive training offers.
- Partake in Key Projects: Learning 4.0, Apprenticeship for the Future, Qualification for future business needs and further building up the Schaeffler Academy organization.
- Take charge to drive work-packages independently, combining conceptual work and implementation.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Undergraduate pursuing Business degrees or HR related course.
- Good HR conceptual understanding and strong interest in organizational development.
- Minimum commitment of 3 months from May 2022.
- “Get things done” attitude and outcome driven mentality.
- High degree of self-initiative, responsibility and accountability.
- Ability to adapt to multi-cultural environment.
- Willingness to have a hands-on approach and high learning agility.
- Open communication with training participants and stakeholders.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in working with Learning Management Systems is a benefit.
