Job Description
As part of the Corporate Controlling Finance Asia Pacific team, you will work closely with the team to consolidate and report monthly financial key indicators of Asia Pacific as well as to build and support internal financial processes in terms of budget forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure financial reports for Asia Pacific management are prepared in a correct manner and send to the requesting parties by the due dates
- Compile consolidated monthly functional costs report for the Asia Pacific Managers (Corporate and Divisions)
- Provide monthly financial results report for Asia Pacific Finance and at sub region levels
- Prepare monthly Asia Pacific cost measures report
- Support the preparation of budget and forecast for Asia Pacific
- Other projects as assigned
Pre-requisites
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business management, Finance with 1-2 years experience in financial analysis
- Computer savvy with good working knowledge on MS Office Applications, SAP system, Macro knowledge, Power BI (optional)
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to meet deadline, independent, self-driven, willing to face challenges and able to work and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
